01Acceptance of terms
By accessing GlobalHackers courses, labs or materials, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
02Ethical conduct and liability
Strict prohibition: you agree to use the skills you learn with us only for legal and ethical purposes, such as authorized penetration testing, bug bounty programs and defensive security.
- You shall NOT use our training infrastructure to launch attacks against external targets.
- You shall NOT attack the training platform itself outside the designated lab environments.
- Xtreme InfoSec is NOT liable for any illegal action by a student using knowledge gained from our courses.
03Intellectual property
All course materials, videos, lab manuals and code snippets are the exclusive property of Xtreme InfoSec. Unauthorized distribution, recording, or sharing of account credentials will lead to immediate termination without refund and possible legal action.
04Refund policy
Because our content is digital, refunds are generally not provided once course materials have been accessed. Exceptions are made only at our discretion, for technical failures on our side that prevent access.
05Limitation of liability
In no event shall Xtreme InfoSec be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising from your access to or use of our services.
